A Whole‑Person Approach to Healing and Support.

About Me

I hold a Master’s in Chaplaincy with Distinction, specialising in how trauma affects the body, mind, and spirit. Over the past six years, I’ve worked within the NHS, supporting people through grief, trauma, anxiety, and stress in a GP practice serving five surgeries. My work is rooted in the Holistic Pathway — an integrative approach that brings together somatic awareness, polyvagal‑informed care, spiritual grounding, and compassionate presence. It’s a way of meeting people that honours the whole of who they are, not just the pain they’re carrying.

The Journey

My own journey through loss has shaped this approach deeply. I was widowed more than eleven years ago while raising two young daughters and later wrote a book about the two years my wife and I spent walking through cancer together. That experience taught me the rawness and disorientation of grief, but it also revealed the quiet possibilities of connection, meaning, and slow restoration. While every person’s story is unique, there are shared human moments that allow us to meet one another with understanding and dignity.

The Calling

This work is more than a profession for me; it is a calling. Guided by faith, compassion, and a commitment to trauma‑sensitive, holistic care, I aim to offer a steady, grounded presence for those navigating life’s most challenging seasons — helping them find safety, coherence, and a way forward that honours their story.

Where her Journey shaped mine.

Cancer: A Journey’s End is a deeply personal account of my late wife Tanvi’s path from diagnosis to her final moments. When our world shifted in 2012, nothing could have prepared us for the tenderness, the fear, the courage, and the love that unfolded in those months. This book is not only the story of her illness — it is the story of a family holding on to each other, of two daughters finding their way, and of a husband learning how to walk through grief with open hands.

Tanvi’s journey changed me. It broke me open, reshaped me, and ultimately led me toward the work I now do. Her final chapter became the beginning of mine — the moment that propelled me to become a chaplain and to create the Holistic Support Centre, a place where others navigating loss, overwhelm, or transition can find the gentle support we once needed ourselves.

This book is my tribute to her, and my offering to anyone who has ever loved, lost, and had to find their way forward again.
